Refund policy

According to EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of return and exchange when you buy a home appliance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to request a return.

Return Requirements:

The item must be unused and undamaged.

Keep the product and all accessories, instructions and original packaging intact.

Provide the order number and proof of purchase.

Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item, and the refund will be returned to your payment account.

Return shipping costs:

In the event of a product quality problem or the wrong delivery, we will bear the return shipping fee.

In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exception:

If the item does not meet the quality standards, you have the right to request a replacement or refund.
